The movement of the water caused by the wind is very therapeutic to both look at and hear. Add to that: The salty scent coming from the sea makes you breathe deeper. It feels like you could look at the water and the sea view forever. The view is constantly changing - That is making it compelling.
The sea also smells different when it rains, in the summer and winter, and when covered by ice. Our Finnish archipelago smells of aquatic plants that are taking care of the well-being of the water system and providing shelter for fish. Reeds grow on the shores and rounded rocks are whipped by the waves. In the scent, you can also sense the forest paths of the island, which always lead to a new beach.

Our Archipelago candle has a scent that covers all these elements: water, alders, archipelago pines, and pure clay with a very intense and earthy aroma.
The Archipelago fragrance is beautiful and lovable but hides within the power and unpredictability of the sea.

How to use
The first burn is the most important because you have to give your veggie wax candle enough burning time to develop a melted wax pool that goes all the way to the edge of the glass jar on the first use.
Only burn candle for a maximum of 3 hours at once. Trim aspen woodwick to around 5mm before lighting and between each burn. Burns for up to 40 hours.

Material: glass, pine wood
The wooden candle caps are manufactured from Finnish pine heart wood. No chemicals are used in the process.
The candle jar can be reused again with a Hetkinen DIY / refill candle set.

Flat 5 EUR delivery fee on all orders in Eu. For orders with value over EUR 150, the shipping will be free.
During Sales or Private Sales flat 5 EUR delivery fee is applied.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please note that if you live overseas and the outer packaging of your product arrives slightly damaged it is more than likely to be because customs officials often open up packages to inspect the contents to ensure that the correct duty is being applied to the package. They usually do not tape these back up very well! The product(s) themselves should not be tampered with; they should remain in their individual packaging and all sealed up.
Flat 20 EUR delivery fee for orders from outside of Europe. For orders with value over EUR 250, the shipping is free.
Please note that our shipping costs outside of Europe do not include any fees or costs associated with import or customs fees. Each country has different rules for import and custom fees so we advise you to check the regulations of your country with regards to any additional costs you might be asked to pay.

If you have a quality problem with your purchase, you can send it back within 14 working days of receipt subject to the following conditions:
-the product has not been used, manipulated or damaged
-the product must be sent back with its original packaging
We will refund you the cost of the product primary as STORE CREDIT. The credited amount exclude all shipping costs and duty.
