hels1nk1 is a Nordic edit of slow living, with Finnish roots, founded by Anne Alastalo in Luxembourg. The shop brings together fashion, skincare and home pieces with a curated pre-loved collection called Secondlife, in one shop and one online store.
You'll find us on Rue du Curé, in the heart of Luxembourg's old town. We also ship across Europe.
Our brands come from different countries, but they share a Nordic feel: timeless design, natural materials and calm colours. They also share a way of thinking: made with care, and made to last.
What does hels1nk1 sell?
- Clothing: timeless pieces from European brands, many working with organic, recycled or certified materials, including Finnish design. Alongside them, pre-loved Secondlife pieces chosen for quality and lasting style.
- Skincare & Beauty: organic and natural skincare and beauty, including a Midlife collection for women going through perimenopause and menopause.
- Home & Living: sauna and bath textiles, kitchen linens, candles and living pieces from Nordic and European makers.
Brands include Marimekko, Lapuan Kankurit, Organic Basics, Evolve Beauty, Madara and others, chosen for their design, materials and the care in how they are made.
What is Secondlife?
Secondlife is our pre-loved fashion collection. People bring in quality pieces to sell through the shop. We select, photograph, price and sell them in store and online. Sellers receive their share by bank transfer or as store credit. It's a simple way to keep good clothes in use for longer.
How do we choose?
- Design that lasts: pieces you'll still want to wear and use in years to come.
- Good materials: we prefer certified organic cotton, recycled fibres and natural materials.
- Care in how things are made: we look at how and where our brands produce.
- A longer life: new and pre-loved sit side by side, so good things keep being used.
