Material & care
100 % wool – and pleasant warmth. Both the weft and the warp yarn are made in the EU area from high-quality, certified Wool Integrity NZ fibre, which guarantees that the animal welfare is also considered. In order to achieve the best result, the fibres of our wool yarns come from different parts of the world, because the quality and fineness of the wool varies depending on the breeds of sheep and their living conditions. All yarns are mulesing-free wool.
Origin
The most significant part of the production is done by the fourth generation of weavers in brands own weaving mill in Lapua, Finland. Lapuan Kankurit want to be responsible for the production of their products themselves, starting from the yarn all the way to the finished product.
The product design, material purchases, loom programming and warping as well as the pre-work stages, weaving, fringing and fabric inspection are done in their own weaving mill in Lapua, Finland. If necessary, the sewing is done in their subsidiary’s at sewing department in Kaunas, Lithuania, or in their own sewing department in Lapua. Finishing – including washing, milling, drying and raising – is done in their own finishing plant in Lapua, Finland.

DELIVERY
Flat 5 EUR delivery fee on all orders in Eu. For orders with value over EUR 150, the shipping will be free.
During Sales or Private Sales flat 5 EUR delivery fee is applied.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please note that if you live overseas and the outer packaging of your product arrives slightly damaged it is more than likely to be because customs officials often open up packages to inspect the contents to ensure that the correct duty is being applied to the package. They usually do not tape these back up very well! The product(s) themselves should not be tampered with; they should remain in their individual packaging and all sealed up.
Flat 20 EUR delivery fee for orders from outside of Europe. For orders with value over EUR 250, the shipping is free.
Please note that our shipping costs outside of Europe do not include any fees or costs associated with import or customs fees. Each country has different rules for import and custom fees so we advise you to check the regulations of your country with regards to any additional costs you might be asked to pay.
Return
If you have a quality problem with your purchase, you can send it back within 14 working days of receipt subject to the following conditions:
-the product has not been used, manipulated or damaged
-the product must be sent back with its original packaging
We will refund you the cost of the product primary as STORE CREDIT. The credited amount exclude all shipping costs and duty.

Colour, firmness and surface appearance of the leather products may vary because it is a natural material. Therefore these are not considered defects. We do not accept any of the above as claims.
