Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations We ship to all European Union member states, as well as Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom. For inquiries about shipping to other destinations, please contact us.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Luxembourg & neighbouring countries (Belgium, France, Germany): 2–4 business days
- Rest of the EU: 3–7 business days
- Switzerland & Norway: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Shipping Costs We charge a flat shipping rate of €5 on all orders. Orders over €150 qualify for free shipping within the EU.
Customs & Duties For shipments within the EU, no customs duties apply. Orders shipped to Switzerland, Norway, or the United Kingdom may be subject to local customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Delays While we do our best to meet the above timeframes, delivery times may be extended during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
