Hálo is a design brand born in Lapland based in Helsinki, Finland. Launched in May 2017 by two friends, Marta Valtovirta and Jukka Puljujärvi. 

 

Hálo is inspired by the wilderness of Lapland, the diversity and phenomena of Finnish nature, hálo shares the beauty of Nordics through every product. Depending on the time of the year the collection is inspired by the vividness of the northern lights, the delicateness of the midnight sun, colors of the fall foliage and the dark shades of polar nights. This strongly reflects in material choices, shades of colors, different structures and unique prints designed by hálo.

The collection offers timeless treasures, everyday silks, life-long investment pieces and exclusive collections. Echoing the four season rather than the two-collections-a-year rule, hálo stick to "see now-buy now" policy selling all seasons at the same time, year round.

All items are produced from the high-quality materials from European suppliers and produced in Europe by carefully hand-picked manufacturers. The collection is sold at hálo´s own shop and through selected stockists.
