DELIVERY

Flat 5 EUR delivery fee on all orders in Eu. For orders with value over EUR 150, the shipping will be free.

During Sales or Private Sales flat 5 EUR delivery fee is applied.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please note that if you live overseas and the outer packaging of your product arrives slightly damaged it is more than likely to be because customs officials often open up packages to inspect the contents to ensure that the correct duty is being applied to the package. They usually do not tape these back up very well! The product(s) themselves should not be tampered with; they should remain in their individual packaging and all sealed up.

Flat 20 EUR delivery fee for orders from outside of Europe. For orders with value over EUR 250, the shipping is free.

Please note that our shipping costs outside of Europe do not include any fees or costs associated with import or customs fees. Each country has different rules for import and custom fees so we advise you to check the regulations of your country with regards to any additional costs you might be asked to pay.

If you have a quality problem with your purchase, you can send it back within 14 working days of receipt subject to the following conditions:

-the product has not been used, manipulated or damaged
-the product must be sent back with its original packaging

We will refund you the cost of the product primary as STORE CREDIT. The credited amount exclude all shipping costs and duty.

This product is made in MÁDARA factory (Riga, Latvia) using 100% green electricity from renewable sources. All formulas are responsibly developed in our labs. They are skin-friendly, biodegradable, and free from harsh chemicals and potential environmental pollutants.

Comes in earth-conscious packaging solutions, including post-consumer recycled plastics, recycled ocean waste, and leftover materials from sugarcane and wood production.
